Yoga Fundations

Introducing the basic system of Asana Practice. We will work on correct alignment to create a consistent yoga practice, and be able to start connecting the mind, the body and the breath.

Good Morning Yoga

To wake up the body. This class is dynamic and structured around a series of postures to awaken the body and be ready for the day! The class is based on one breath one movement, and it’s expected to work on strength, flexibility and movement coordinated with the breath.

A Hatha based class, where concentration will be on slowing down and maintaining the breath through out the whole class. A slow class doesn’t mean less effective.
A perfect class to improve strength and endurance.

If you’re looking for a challenging class, this is the one for you. Here you’re going to sweat and work every part of your body, oxygenating the brain with constant deep breathing, renewing the energy and vitality of the body.

A very slow and meditative practice, where we will focus on a specific chakra each week. We will work on a series of restorative postures with a single aim: inward focus.

Dancing Yoga Flow

Combining all aspects of mobility, in this class you’ll learn how to improve flexibility and musicality. You’ll experience to immerse with the music and your breath.
A sequence will be created to a
specific song to design a “Choreography”.

YOGA kids

For the little ones in the house. This class will help to improve concentration, body awareness, breath work to calm the nervous system and to be mindful of their surroundings, including lots of fun.
FOR KIDS BETWEEN 6 AND 11

PRE-NATAL YOGA

Pregnancy can be an emotionally and physically demanding time, and yoga is a wonderful method to prepare for child birth and beyond. Pre-natal yoga is recommended from the 2nd trimester on.
